Alicia from American Craftsman Restoration really went to bat for my 88 year old Mom! My Mom had what we thought was a small water leak, actually became a major restoration project. Alicia really fought for her and was very kind and professional during the whole ordeal. She arranged the dry out, wood flooring replacement, wall repair, the mold removal, painters, movers, and so much more. She took excellent care in making sure my Mom didn't have to worry about anything. I really appreciate the service we received, and I highly recommend Alicia and American Craftsman Restoration!!!

Walt has been absolutely great to work with and we feel lucky to have had him and his team for two projects now.
Walt cares deeply that the work is done right and without cutting corners. This shows by the unprecedented yet authentic level of care and customer service he provides and is also evident by the craftsmen he chooses to hire.
Special shout out to Walt’s crew— Christian, George, Miguel, and Carlos. These guys have insane work ethic and are all top notch individuals. It’s pretty rare if ever that I’d feel safe leaving someone alone and unattended in our home yet I didn’t even blink when I had to run a few errands.
Again, appreciate all that they have… read full review
