They were on time and on budget. They communicated regularly and ahead of time via a group text. We always knew when worker's were going to show up and they always showed up when they said they would (that's been very rare in my past experiences). The workers were always polite, always protected the pathways and always cleaned up after themselves. “When I was planning this remodel I just wasn’t sure on when to start and how it would work with my schedule. I was not in town for most of the project. That was the whole reason I kept dragging my feet on it. I did not want to manage a remodel from a different state. Sounded like a terrible idea. But the house needed work badly and there was no point in waiting anymore. I was initially very worried. Asking myself can I trust the contractor will they answer me, will the job keep moving and so on. With quality first builders I felt early on that the answer was yes to everything. I met with Rudy for the first meeting, and once the contract was signed, I received a very detailed breakdown of all the design items from the design team. This email literally had everything in it, questions, links to things, vision boards etc. This was a lot more help than I expected given the fact that I wouldn’t be in town when a lot of the finishes were going to be needed. We scheduled in-person shopping dates for the days I was in town and other things were chosen online.<br><br>They kept me in the loop the entire time with updates, photos and quick answers to everything. Their communication was absolutely top notch.<br>And then I came back and it was just... done. That is probably the biggest compliment I can give them. The whole thing took up way less mental energy than I thought it would and the place feels really good now. Very very glad I did not keep putting it off. Kudos to Quality First Builders for impeccable work from start to finish.”
“We hired Top Tech Builders for a major project at our home in Van Nuys that included rebuilding our ADU, a room addition, and completely redoing the front and backyard. It was a big project with a lot of moving parts, and overall we had a great experience.<br><br>Idan was our main point of contact and was excellent throughout the entire project. He stayed on top of the schedule, communicated with us regularly, and was always straightforward when decisions needed to be made.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how they handled unexpected issues. During the landscaping work, they discovered a large amount of buried rocks and debris that nobody could have known about beforehand. Instead of turning it into a stressful situation, Idan worked with the crew to find a solution and kept everything moving.<br><br>The outdoor work came out beautiful. They installed new pavers, artificial turf, drought-tolerant landscaping, and retaining walls, and the difference between the old property and what we have now is incredible.<br><br>They also handled several major upgrades as part of the project, including a new electrical panel, EV charger, and a new energy-efficient HVAC system.
