“We had the BEST experience with General Contractor Marlon at Coto. We found ourselves in a pinch when we were in the process of prepping and painting our home. We discovered extensive dryrot and wood damage to our home’s exterior which was beyond the abilities of our painters. Marlon was very responsive and quickly came to assess our repair needs. He provided a comprehensive written bid for the work which included sourcing very rare 1960’s reverse board & batton siding that had to be custom made and hand milled! Marlon was thorough, communicative, took extra precautions for safety, cleaned up every day, and we got our home looking brand new!

What I appreciated the most was the daily updates with progress reports photos with before and after to show what work was being done. I really value Marlon‘s attention to detail and excellent communication. He does quality work and for a reasonable price, because we all know in the end, you get what you pay for. And we wanted the best.
