“This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.“

“I had ATC put in a new unit on the roof. I worked with Denise and her manager.They were great! very quick response and were able to find a unit I could afford. no hassle with the install. I have to say I've had issues with the diagnostics with ATC where they replace a part and a day or two later, the unit has the same problem. They come back and tell me that another part is bad. It's happened a couple of times over the years and as recently as a month ago.I don't think they're not trustworthy, I just believe these units are complicated and hard to pinpoint a particular issue.“

We had a leaky balcony that following the heavy March rains caused the ceiling below to collapse. As soon as I was able to message him details about my problems, he gave me a call and suggested the work that could be needed, I appreciated that since not many people give you a heads up of what could be the damage. He was very responsive on his arrival time, and once he saw the damage he got right to work, and was very professional and clean He gave us suggestions with purchasing a new microwave, and even took our old one to dump out, which was a very nice gesture .
