I've known Aaron for several months now and wow this guy is incredible! As a contractor myself, I see how a lot of other companies operate and it's not always good. Aaron is different. He is genuinely hands-on with every project, brings in top-tier crews for both the pool work and the paver installations, and the results consistently come out beautiful. Thomas Pools is amazing!
From a personal level, what stands out most is how fair he is to work with. He cares about getting it right, not just getting it done, and that shows in the final product every time. Aaron and his team are great. We were looking at installing a prefab container pool but advised against that for a variety of reasons from his experience. We ended up going with a site built pool and we love it!
After talking to a few pool builders around Porter Ranch, we went with Thomas Pools and I’m glad we did. Aaron handled the design process himself and was straight with us on pricing from the first meeting. The build was around 3 months and the crew was easy to have around. We went with a raised spa and a custom rock water feature! If you’re getting bids in the Valley, get one from these guys, we couldn't be happier.
