I highly recommend Construction Concerns. We just finished replacing all our windows and a sliding door as well as enclosing our patio to make another interior room. They did an amazing job. Very happy with the double-pane windows Construction Concern installed! Richard, the owner, went out of his way to explain the different options we had and to assure us that his company, which is local, had been around a long time and would do a great job. He supplied us quickly with a quote, which was lower than others we had received, and responded to any further questions without delay.
His crew, Julio and Manuel, installed our seven windows very professionally, reinstalled our blinds, and did a thorough job cleaning up, all in record time in less than a day. Already I can tell that the Anlin windows are keeping us warmer and with less outside noise.
My wife and I hired Richard at Construction Concerns in 2022 to install new windows, including a slider and a garden window, in our home. We also had work done for my mother-in-law in 2023. The installation was perfect and clean; once they left, you would hardly know major construction had taken place—except for the beautiful, clear windows.
