“The nurse was very professional. Our therapy sessions were direct and done right away. Nurse was always on time! Not a minute too soon or delayed. She was always wearing her protective gear during our sessions. I highly recommend Health Flex to patients who need their therapeutic care.“

“The Tender Rose team came to our aid in a time of great crisis. We needed immediate care for our dad and Jen and Claudia were able to provide incredible caregivers from day one. Nannettee’s calm presence, deep experience and kind heart helped our whole family as we adjusted to a new reality. She stayed with us through transitioning my dad to a Memory Care facility and guided us all through the bumpy first months. When it was time to add to the team, she helped to identify who should join our team and worked with them to share all her knowledge of my dad and his needs. She is like family and we will be forever grateful. She brought Brent in as our other primary caregiver and he has developed an amazing relationship with our dad. Brent is always engaged and in tune with dad’s mood and needs and it has been incredible to see his responsiveness as my dad’s disease has progressed. He is thoughtful, caring and funny and we could not ask for more. This has been an incredibly difficult year for our family and the Tender Rose team has done everything in their power to help, support and guide us through it.“

“Marjan has been an angel for us. She has been looking after mom since August last year and puts my mind at ease when I am at work knowing someone is there to help mom. Mom was resistant at first to having a caregiver but has really grown to appreciate all that Marjan does for her and genuinely enjoys her company.“

“I keep seeing the “self help for the elderly” people around. I feel like they do background checks, and they don’t believe things unless they can check it themselves. I have not been a “self help for the elderly” program participant myself. But let’s just say that they have a “self help for the elderly” program in Chinatown. So for me, anytime I see that they have a location in Chinatown, especially the legendary San Francisco Chinatown, I’m like “aight.” Bradley wong went to San Francisco state, and he’s from Chinatown, so that’s why San Francisco Chinatown is known as the most “authentic” Chinatown.“

“Alison recently traveled from San Francisco to Alameda to give my family and I all IV therapy when my Dad came down with Covid a week away from my wedding! She was prompt , communicative, warm, obviously extremely smart and experienced, and ultimately gave my family and I the immune system boost we needed to get through the week without catching covid.
