Tender Rose provides top notch, compassionate care for people with dementia as well as support for their families. Everyone I have talked to or worked with at Tender Rose has been understanding, professional and personable. The Tender Rose team worked hard to find a great fit between my mother and a caregiver. My family and I are so very grateful for this caregiver. She has engages Mom in activities that are fun and interesting for her as well as ensuring needed tasks (grocery shopping, etc.) are taken care of. In my FIRST DAY with TR, I had a problem clocking in, I called the office and talk to one of the scheduler for advice. She talked me through and get it work.Before she hung up she said,“Have a good day Prinya, I know you are alone with Client but you are not alone we are here with you”And that’s true. Every step of the way I have a very good team supporting me and answering all my questions and requests.I would highly recommend working at Tender Rose.
