When we contacted them, we made it clear that we were looking for part time care only. The Director of Client Services came to interview us, took a lot of our time (and theirs), had us sign all their forms, etc., and most importantly, led us to believe they had staff to fill our needs. When it came time for them to send a caregiver to meet us, the caregiver didn't show, and didn't call. They apologized, said her father got sick and had been rushed to the hospital (that person never came back). The second time, they sent a different person - again, no show, no call.
