I became acquainted with this group dedicated to making sure that transporting and escorting my family member to medical appointments would be handled per my request. I was always satisfied with the results. Both Becky and Michael, on separate occasions, made it a practice to pre-visit and acquaint themselves with my family member. I feel that was a positive step in the right direction. Michael too was very understanding of my situation since I live over an hour away. “Just over 3 years ago my friend who was 85 at the time and lived alone fell a couple of times which in turn caused limited mobility and other medical issues which requires 24/7 care but she did not want to move from her home.

She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay.
