I became acquainted with this group dedicated to making sure that transporting and escorting my family member to medical appointments would be handled per my request. I was always satisfied with the results. Both Becky and Michael, on separate occasions, made it a practice to pre-visit and acquaint themselves with my family member. I feel that was a positive step in the right direction. Michael too was very understanding of my situation since I live over an hour away. “Just over 3 years ago my friend who was 85 at the time and lived alone fell a couple of times which in turn caused limited mobility and other medical issues which requires 24/7 care but she did not want to move from her home.<br><br>Fortunately we found FirstLight and they saved the day. They assured both of us that they could provide the 24/7 care she required and immediately set up a 24/7 caregiver schedule.<br><br>Over the last 3+ years both my friend and my experiences with FirstLight caregivers, care managers and the office staff has been very positive!<br><br>The best part is her caregivers are by her side and on her side 24/7. They take care of her personal needs, provide companionship, laughter, friendship, activities and overall tend to her every need. “I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. She taught me many different stretches and exercises that made life a lot easier and made my leg feel incredible.
