My dad received support service from HealthFlex Home Health the last week of December 2023 through the first week of February 2024. Overall, we were very happy with the service. All staff that were assigned to support my dad were good, especially Suhyoung Kim. She was an excellent nurse, patient and compassionate. Most importantly, she always followed up and followed through with what she said she would do. We are really grateful for her service!

The 5 stars are for Wendy, the PT, who I worked with a couple of times, and also for Jessica, one of the supervisors/directors who I called to give feedback to. Maricar and Julia are also awesome. Generally, the people I had direct contact with (with the strikingly bizarre, odd, soberingly sad experience with Renda who perhaps needs to not be in direct patient care), HealthFlex is a terrific option for many people, though the general infrastructure needs updating, e.g. whenever I call for a service, such as to reschedule or cancel an. This is the third time IHave asked for Them to Help my mom. They are great staff, very patient with my Mother and able to explain everything and Educate us on the things to do For A Faster recovery
