We have used family matters for a few years. My 92 year old mom started needing more help and companionship. This is a perfect setup as mom can continue to live in her own home.We love our caretakers from this company and some have become like family.
Family Matters personnel were excellent and I used them to take care of mom for long hours of errand running and respite time. Every single person was wonderful to my 97 year old mom and she thoroughly enjoyed them. The only reason we stopped was that mom went under hospice care for the weeks before her passing.
