My grandmother was hospitalized for several weeks, and we knew she needed help as she lives by herself at home. Family Matters In-home care was recommended to me and I received a response to my inquiry almost immediately after sending it. It was my first time navigating in-home care and James, the Care Manager made it so easy and seamless. We discussed her current living situation and her needs, and he visited my Grandma in the hospital to chat with her. The caregivers are so caring and really make sure that my Dad's needs are taken care of. From his grocery shopping, doctor appointments, and even his daily walks are all taken care of. Family Matters picks the right caregivers for the individual. Love them!
I called Family Matters on a Saturday, desperate for immediate help. I received a call back in a very short time and was able to set up care right away. Oscar was extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed. The caregivers were professional, attentive, patient and kind. I will absolutely call them again if the need arises in the future.
