We've used caregiver (companion) services for a few months for my 91 year old mother, with great satisfaction. The communication from initial inquiry all the way through to now has been exceptional, prompt, thorough and easy - something that builds trust and is important to our family when dealing with our loved ones. Family Matters matched us with caregiver Veronica, who does well with hesistant clients, in a very gentle, kind, and positive way. The process for absences has been handled well also. Thank you team!
