“I moved my Mom to Fairbanks One August 2018. The care she received was excellent. Vio the main caregiver and owner goes above and beyond for her residents. My Mom has special dietary needs and she made her meals enjoyable and tasty. My Mom passed away in June 2019 with Vio at her side. I can't begin to tell you how much care she gave my Mom in her last few months. She also kept in daily contact with me. I felt very at ease knowing that Vio and the other women who help her were taking care of my Mom. The house is extremely clean and organized. The food that is served was very good. She takes great pride in the care she give to her residence and the home. I would highly recommend Fairbanks Home Care for your family member that need this type of care.“
“I brought in 2 very nervous and fidgety kids. A 2 year old and an 8 year old. They were extremely patient with both and even had books, snacks, and a tablet to keep them entertained! They also were very sweet during our follow up check up, my 8 year old wasn't scheduled to come but she wanted to come just to see them! On these 2 days we experienced great service...Only sad part is the Lice business can be very pricey ... however they were not as expensive as we have paid in the past but we dis make multiple visits!“
“These guys are superb. They go above and beyond to care for their clients. We had them on a budget for 4hrs everyday but we had an emergency at our house with water leak. They made sure that my parents were okay and would not leave until the water restoration came and fixed the leak. This touched our heart knowing that they are still people out there that cares about their client and not just the money.They also do a full background check on all of their caregivers -- very crucial when you are bringing someone into your client's home.I can't say enough about Right Time Homecare. They are professional, kind, considerate, flexible, knowledgeable, and available whenever we need anything. I would give them 10/10 if there is room for that .“
“Was having such a hard time finding a place that I felt comfortable allowing into my home to do service for rehabilitation and additional care. This place has been tremendous through the starting process. Between 24-48 hours we had someone in my home assisting and doing clinical with my grandmother. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. More specifically, Sammie, the marketer was beyond amazing, but I feel extremely comfortable allowing this company to help within this process. Not to mention that they do service most, if not all of the Bay Area.Would for sure recommend to other friends and family!!“

“I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. She taught me many different stretches and exercises that made life a lot easier and made my leg feel incredible. She gave me confidence to walk up steps and walk around by reassuring me that I would be fine and to take things slow. She did a lovely job at helping me and she will be missed.“
“I have been on home infusion of antibiotics for a bacterial infection for 2 1/2 months. Crescent Healthcare (previously Option Care), recommended to us in the hospital, has provided very good service. In the hospital, the intake specialist (Cat Capolette) gave my husband and me a clear orientation about home infusion--a "How to"--as we looked on with wide eyes. I must say we were not-so-sure we were up to taking on home infusion at first , but Cat was supportive and even offered to be on call the first night if we got stuck! Elizabeth Woodyard, our nurse who came weekly, was a gem. Actually, she came the first day of infusion and then seeing our level of confidence, arranged to come the next day, too. We also had her phone number and called her with questions. We gradually became competent. Medications were well-handled by our pharmacist Nicki, who was on call and helpful--always responsive and informative. Medications and other supplies were sent promptly--shipped to our home--as needed Overall we found Crescent Healthcare generous in its service and recommend it highly.“
