I strongly recommend Harmony Home Health. They were truly a godsend after my mom was discharged from skilled nursing. Their PT, OT, and RN teams helped monitor her health, improve her safety at home, and obtain needed medical equipment. Over the 8 weeks they cared for her, I saw my mom steadily improve.

The staff were kind, courteous, and wonderful with elders. Being bilingual in English and Cantonese made a huge difference for our family. Special thanks to Nina, Shirley Chan, and Raymond Chan for their coordination, exceptional care and compassion. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for my mom. ❤
