“I needed to find home care for my Mother for 5 weeks, prior to her move into assisted living. First Light was very helpful from the beginnning and although they were aware that this would be a short term arrangement, they have been very responsive and accomodating throughout. My Mom has appreciated the friendly and efficient help. The field manager is eager for feedback to be able to adapt training toward staff, which appear to be chosen based on the initial assemessment. They would also be sure to schedule staff my Mom felt comfortable with or had an affinity for. It was difficult at first for her to accept help with things like dressing and bathing, however she has been grateful for the help and has made several comments on how friendly and efficient staff has been and has been impressed with the quality of care and other services, such as light house work and meal prep. I would highly reccomend FirstLight!“
