“Super happy about my experience with Paw Haven Hotel. We called them within an hour of their closing needing to board our dog with them for the first time and they accepted and welcomed our dog in with no issue what so ever.

They put out dog (mojo) in a separate play area between the two dog sections because he’s a big and hyper dog. We got to watch them on the cameras and it was super nice to see them playing and roughhousing with our dog just the way he likes. You can tell the staff understands and loves dogs. Mojo is happy and excited to be home but had a great time while he stayed there. Thank you Paw Haven!”

Our groomer, Kal, is absolutely outstanding. He always arrives exactly when he says he will, which I really appreciate. More importantly, he is wonderful with my dog, Bauer. It's obvious that Kal genuinely loves dogs, and Bauer is always happy to see him. He takes his time, is patient and caring, and consistently gives Bauer an excellent haircut. Every grooming leaves Bauer looking fantastic.
From my conversations with Kal, it's also clear that Avenue of the Paws truly values and supports its employees. That positive company culture shines through in the quality of service they provide.
