My mom and our family loved this place. Everyone was very nice, and very professional. My mom stayed at Stanford Court in Santee in the past, and they were a disaster. They were always very understaffed, and the patients suffered because of it. The exact opposite is true at Grossmont Post Acute. Anytime my mom needed anything, they were there relatively quick. There were always very nice to my mom, and to the family when we needed something. One afternoon I just walked around and watched the staff talking with patients, helping them, feeding them, etc. and the staff was genuinely caring with every interaction I saw.
