My husband was recently here and the facility is really nice. The PT department and people in there are simply amazing. They kept him focused and he came home a week early.
Jhovanny, Tevin, and Marcella were such great staff and so patient with him. They have a good team over there. My only ding is the food was horrible and like shoe leather or burnt. Otherwise I recommend them highly.
I am very impressed with this Rehab. This is the 4th one he's been in and the other 3 was not even close to being good. In This reha they are very attentive, caring, loving, informative, amazing team. I'm very grateful for the results. I highly recommend this Rehab if you want good care.
The facility and the staff are wonderful , unfortunately when I was there for almost 3 weeks the facility had only been open 2 weeks and IMHO they were way understaffed and all the RN and CNA were young and inexperienced , I required IV Antibiotics that had to be administered every 8hrs by an RN so I got to meet quit a few , I do need to mention 1 young RN Colin was his name he constantly rose above everyone else. I would stay here again without hesitation I'm sure all the bugs and kinks have been worked out, Do not repeat DO NOT stay at VICTORIA POST ACUTE located in El Cajon , most of the staff and especially the director Lilly are rude and very unprofessional .
