I’ve been a patient at Water & Sport Physical Therapy for several months, and my experience has been exceptional. Vanessa and Cindy have been instrumental in my recovery from an L4 and L5 herniated disc. When I first started, I could barely lift 10 pounds. Now I am able to pick up my 30 pound kids comfortably and without pain, which has made a huge difference in my daily life.
