Water & Sports Physical Therapy provides exceptional care with a team of professionals who are kind, patient, and understanding. Their therapists, led by Dr. Garrick Li, offer expert knowledge and guidance, helping patients recover from injuries and surgeries, such as knee injuries and total hip replacements. The staff listens to patients and helps them find solutions, working inside a gym and at a nearby pool. There are locker rooms available, and plenty of free parking. Patients praise the exceptional service, the clinicians' hands-on expertise, and the positive results they've achieved through the supportive environment and clear exercise instructions.

A World Class Training Facility for World Class Athletes - Led by World Class Instructors 🏆

I’ve been training at Fitness Quest 10 since 2010 as a college wrestling academic/athlete and I train in the same capacity today!

Friendly staff, trainers, and members. Great 1 on 1 training, no cookie cutter programs. High energetic classes filled with positive and motivational members. You don’t have to be part of a class or have a trainer, you can just be a regular gym member to utilize the facility. Spray bottles and paper towels everywhere for sanitation. There’s an outside area for sleds, prowlers, tires, etc.

And for a post workout meal there’s a Pho, Mexican restaurant, and Starbucks within walking distance.

I’ve work at the gym adjacent to the PT clinic for about 2 years now. I’ve seen the PT’s working with their clients every day and they are consistently professional, happy, and invested in their clients improvement.
I recently got surgery and am now working with Maddie for my own PT. 10/10 service.
