“I was having a problem with my commercial freezer and had two other specialists tell me two different things regarding the diagnosis. I called Michael Fryman Refrigeration of Ramona , CA and spoke with the owner, Michael ,who made everything clear. Not only did he take his time trying to help me with the diagnosis, he helped me to realize I had already wasted $500 on incorrect diagnoses. SO he recommended a new approach and saved me at least another $1000 on further loss. I was so impressed with Michael being so helpful without taking a penny from me which is rare in this day and age. Brad returned our call very quickly and was able to schedule us for next day service, on both occasions Brad was very punctual. This last problem was actually a pipe with a hole, Brad offered a solution and offered to repair it.
