Ray was referred to me by a friend. He came at 8:30 pm to check my air that went out that same day. After spending 4 hours the next day trying to save my (very old) system, his crew installed a new system that evening so I didn't have to wait. He didn't even charge me for the hours he spent on the old system, and got the warehouse to open after hours so he could get a new unit at 5:30 pm. We had air conditioning by midnight and happily slept in the cold air snuggled up with blanketsI would totally recommend Ray for his fast and fair service!
Ray came out on an emergency call on a weekend because I thought my AC had a leak - instead he found that it was a plumbing issue, identified the leak, and connected me with a plumber he trusted and then waived the service fee for coming out. Amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
