I'm much more aware of how I move now and I often hear her voice telling me to "grow taller" so I do! I recommend Body Evolutions for anyone who is addressing a particular issue like I am, or for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility and strength.“

15951 Los Gatos Blvd STE 4, Los Gatos“I am doing a combination of Physical Therapy and Pilates for my back. The instructors analyze your issues and come up with a program to do in the studio and at home. They really show a personal interest in each client. I have been very satisfied with the quality of my care. The office is efficiently run. The environment is welcoming and clean. I would highly recommend Pilates Sante.“
“Urban Body is such a special place! The teachers are dedicated to their craft and make you feel incredibly cared for. The space is restful and inspiring—truly a movement sanctuary. Cross-training in Gyrotonic and Pilates here has become an essential part of my week as a competitive ballroom dancer!“

54 W Santa Clara St, San Jose“Today as I was parking in front of Hotworx at 6:55am, I learned that the city closed off street parking from 7am to 5pm that started yesterday 11/18 and will be closed off until 11/22. Since this occurred last week, it appears that the city is still enforcing parking restrictions this week. The owners and employees send text messages to promote their deals and I wish they would have communicated in advance about the parking restrictions this week as I could have planned my workouts ahead and not have to turn around to go home. I did not have time to find parking elsewhere. I just wish the owners would have notified their members that there will be no street parking available during the day for this week, but I guess that won't be good business for them. I really love the idea of infrared heat exercises especially when you need it for muscle relaxation and recovery. I have a back injury and really enjoyed hot yoga and hot stretch to ease the aches in the morning and after a workout. It's definitely good for weight loss! However, I had a good run with hotworx for a few months but I don't think I can keep up with the limited street parking and restrictions. I realize I am still relatively new to Hotworx and that I am unsure of how frequently the city limits street parking for maintenance, but so far it's been several times since I've joined. I try to arrive to Hotworx in the mornings and complete my workouts before 9am since parking is free before 9am, but that wasn't the case for me today and it won't be for this entire week. Although it's 24 hour access I don't feel comfortable walking to my car downtown when it's dark or at night especially when the sun sets at 5pm now. If this business was located on a parking lot that's open to the public - guaranteed I will be here everyday. I'm aware of the garage parking options but one location is down the alley, which is the closest and the other garage location is like a 10 minute walk. I'm not sure if you have to pay for garage parking or if it's free for a certain time like the street parking. I just think why would you pay for parking in addition to paying $80-$100 for a monthly gym membership is crazy to me. Sadly, it's not worth it for me anymore. There's a lot of good reviews on here so it seems like it's working well for others. I just don't know how members are doing it staying with hotworx for so long and dealing with limited/paid parking but it's good to know others are making it work and maybe it might work for you! I still recommend hotworx and I would give this business 5 stars but with the parking situation is not ideal for me. If you're still here..thanks for reading!“

18805 Cox Ave #170, Saratoga“Although this clinic is primarily acupuncture, I was interested in the InBody assessment and Dr. Inyoung had the most advance version + grip test. I only expected taking the test and print my results, but she explained my results thoroughly and recommended me a plan with my diet, workout, and lifestyle to help me reach my fitness goals.
I was booked same day, which I was very appreciative of especially when she was technically still on vacation. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her field of work and also very caring and sweet, which gave me optimism and motivation. Highly recommend!“

Teresa is a highly qualified, certified instructor who is always emphasizing safety first and provides a wide range of exercises for all ages and abilities, including women with osteoporosis. I love the Library because it offers so many options to choose from - dance, restorative Pilates, one hour or 30 minute sessions, and so much more, and is available anytime I want to exercise. The short "bursts" are easy to work into my daily life as they only take about 10 minutes to do and are always fun. However, the best thing about BoneSmart Pilates is Teresa - she is dedicated to excellence and her classes are always joyful, challenging and never boring. I am so grateful to be part of this very special community.“
“I just completed six weeks of therapy for a meniscus tear and cartilage worn down to bone on bone. I am in my late 60's. I could not walk without pain. Today I "graduated" from Spencer's care and feel confident that I can again go trail walking and running. Spencer tailored an exercise & care plan to meet my needs and abilities. He is a compassionate, diligent, intelligent PT. I must also add that I have been with PEAK in the past and have received excellent attention and care from everyone. A year ago I was with Alex, post toe surgery, and he worked wonders as well. And the front desk could not be better. PEAK is a class act. The best PT I have found in the past 20+ years. Why go anywhere else?“

1120 Cadillac Ct, Milpitas“Mercy is truly a godsend in my life. I had a rough spinal injury in early 2023, and my body was not responding much to physical therapy, and I was struggling to do basic things like walking. Eventually, my physical therapist kept recommending Pilates to me, and I searched the area for a Pilates instructor who could help me. I called Mercy around June 2023, and Mercy replied that she has worked with individuals with mild to severe conditions and believes she could help me. Although I was reluctant to trust any form of exercise, after two months of pilates sessions with her ONLY once a week, I started noticing more significant changes to my abilities, which was not getting changes from physical therapy. Mercy works on your WHOLE body; it's a holistic approach to bringing your body the best stability so you can do what you want and move how you need to. I've noticed many changes and learned many things about joints, my nervous system, etc. This is also coming from someone who experiences nerve pain, which is I'm sure if you experienced, not fun at all. Almost a year later, I'm moving much better, all thanks to Mercy's guidance. Her expertise and dedication have been instrumental in my recovery, and I feel deeply grateful to have found such a supportive and impactful person. Also lulu and meka are the CUTEST“

4950 Cherry Ave, San Jose“KB Fitness Studio has it all: pilates reformer (my favorite), yoga (stretch class), boot camp, personal private training, weight lifting, and floor pilates. KB, the owner, also offers virtual classes now. KB is an excellent trainer and has extensive training with a Masters in physiology. She knows and understands anatomy and physiology. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, someone that needs to get back into shape, or someone needing to rehab an injury or strengthen your core, I highly recommend KB Fitness. I've been a member for 15 years now. Her one-on-one sessions are the bomb and will whip you into shape without the risk of injury.“

430 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos“Been going to x2o (Los Gatos) for over 3 years now, and it is one of the best pilates studios I have ever been to. With high ceilings, space, amazing & passionate instructors, and great music - this studio is fantastic! The instructors are all very passionate about pilates / lagree, and they will make sure you have a solid workout that leaves you sore for a day (or two). Parking is super easy, there is a whole parking lot in front of the studio. There is also weight lifting studio next to it, so you can check that out as well. Ellen, the owner, has done a fantastic job, and she has really built a strong community with x2o. Every time I'm in South Bay, I make sure to visit! Have gotten a couple of friends hooked onto x2o as well - we all love it!“

“This gym is absolutely amazing! It's a wonderful place to get a workout in with your trainer. It's also a wonderful place to train clients if you are a trainer. 20670 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino“I went to the club Pilates intro class with angel and everything was really easy to follow. I don’t think reformers Pilates is for me as I prefer mat workouts, but it was clean and everyone is nice so it is a good studio to check out if this is your thing“
“The best!Look forward to returning!Professional staff and very clean environment.Cheerful atmosphere- a pleasure all around.“
“The experience really varies depending on the instructors. Drew is one of the best instructors I've ever had for Lagree/pilates as she's clear in her instructions. She would even demonstrate them and correct if we have the wrong form. I've also had instructors who would simply leave the door shut right at the clock even though the website says the policy is 5 mins after class starts. I learned to only sign up for instructors I like, but would request the studio to revise the late policy as the extra charge is just unnecessarily, and sometimes people have unforeseen circumstances.“

“As a regular attendee, I can confidently say that stepping through their doors is like entering a sanctuary of serenity and support. The studio's cleanliness is great. But what truly sets Sagar Hot Yoga apart is their unparalleled kindness and dedication to their community. The instructors embody warmth and compassion, fostering a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the mat. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued and supported. One particularly memorable instance stands out: I arrived for a class only to find out that the scheduled instructor was unable to make it. Instead of canceling, another instructor, named Kinjal graciously volunteered to lead an impromptu session, ensuring that we didn't miss out on our practice. It's this level of care and flexibility that truly sets Sagar Hot Yoga apart. And let's not forget about the quality of instruction. They are skilled instructors who guide you through each session with expertise and encouragement. Their classes are not only physically invigorating but also mentally and emotionally uplifting, leaving you feeling rejuvenated from the inside out. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend Sagar Hot Yoga as the ultimate destination for your yoga journey. Trust me, your mind, body, and soul will thank you.“
