Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Urban Body San Jose. This is an amazing place for healing, movement, and overall well-being. Every instructor here is knowledgeable, each bringing their own unique experience to instructing. The individual sessions are tailored to what you want and need. Instructors work with you to problem solve issues you may be dealing with. Careful detail is put into the space, making it more nurturing and peaceful.

I’ve been coming to this studio for over 6 months to recover from postnatal lower back pain. It’s a truly authentic boutique Pilates studio with highly professional coaches. My core has become significantly stronger, and my lower back feels much more resilient and stable now.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to cross-train, or just want to incorporate some movement into your daily life, Urban Body is the perfect place! The instructors are so knowledgeable, they really listen to you and tailor your session according to your needs. It's also the most gorgeous studio I've been in, with the calming decor and natural light. Amazing vibes. 10/10 would recommend!
