You will find motivation to go every day. It is very engaging class and Instructors are amazing. Multiple classes during the day so pretty easy to find classes at your own time. I go every day. Worth the money spend and you get unlimited instructed led classes.“

“Caitlin is iconic. Being a Pilates virgin, I wanted to try a new form of exercise but was super nervous. Caitlin made me feel not only comfortable enough to book my first class, but kept me coming back for more! (She has packages to keep you set up for success.) Caitlin takes time to adjust movements custom to each person without having to ask. There are certain movements that don’t work for me and she is able to quickly set me up in a different way to benefit my body. I’ve felt sore in muscles I didn’t even know existed (in the best way!).
