Specifically, this is for Jarrod and his assistant (sorry, didn't get a name). These guys were sent by the apartment complex we are renting from. We have been getting a major runaround from management about a couple of serious plumbing issues. Jarrod was the first and only person so far to listen to us, take us seriously, CARE about our problems and try his best to solve them. Fixed one completely and made a good start on another (unfortunately, we have to get management to authorize finishing the job and they will probably try to stonewall us again). Lee and Sons was here right at 9 (as scheduled) to meet the Goleta Water District as they shut off our water. They came with all the equipment needed to replace the valve on our side of the meter and two other outside faucets that dated from 1963 that would not close properly. They completed all the installation and testing in 135 minutes and Goleta Water District returned to turn our water service back on. Top notch professional courtesy and plumbing services.
