I use Specialty Plumbing for my rental properties in Santa Barbara. They are easy to work with on scheduling with my tenants and courteous of both their schedule & pets. They just repaired a slab leak for us. They used their leak detection equipment very efficiently to pinpoint the leak and made the necessary repairs. They are reasonably priced and always clean up after themselves. Workers are very polite & respectful of the area they’re working in. We have been using Specialty Plumbing to service multiple office locations for years. The plumbers are easy to work with and very good at explaining what they are doing and what needs to be done! They have done camera-ing of our sewer lines, drain cleaning, fixture repairs and more. Juli (dispatcher) is very accommodating with the scheduling. We continue to use them for our plumbing needs!

Specialty Plumbing is my go to plumbing company for repairs big and small. They recently replaced my gas line from the house to the street and the guys did an amazing job. I use them for my fixture repairs and snaking on my rental unit. Juli in the office does a great job at accommodating my schedule. My sump pump was just replaced to prevent flooding during the rains. Love the guys Mario and Leo, they have been there for a long time.
