Gabe was very experienced and knowledgeable about Grohe faucets & showers that leak. Despite other plumbers ideas about ripping out drywall on the opposite of our shower, Gabe simply removed a 3 mm Allen Screw to access the leaky shower valve and replace it with a new valve that he had on his truck. Within minutes he adjusted the drain handle so water stays in the tub when taking a bath. He also quickly replaced a damaged hose bib on our back patio within just a few minutes. We’re forever grateful for The excellent and extremely competent service. Feeling lucky there was no need for tearing out drywall as another plumbing company suggested. 🙏💦🚿
I want to give a shout out to this plumber, Stuart. He was the third plumber who showed up on a Friday afternoon after the other two had given up on our plumbing issue here at our business. He stayed and did not give up. He came in on Saturday and was back on Monday all day plus part of Tuesday. We had sinks backing up and toilet not working, and it was NOT EASY to figure out where the problem was, but he persisted to try and was very pleasant and informative. He fixed it all!! I don't write reviews very often, but he deserves one. I recommend him 100%, we are so thankful!
The highest quality of work, regardless of size or scenario. It's the oldest shop in Santa Barbara, you don't achieve that accolade doing a shitty job. I've worked for them for almost 10 years they've all come up to snuff and then some. Definitely recommend them. -LD
