“I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Holistic Hyperbarics. I traveled to the Bay Area from the Midwest to stay for one month of treatments. I had a couple of choices for treatment centers and chose Alex’s center as her team expediently and clearly communicated options and I resonated with Alex’s story. I was not disappointed with this choice. Often businesses start off hot and run cold with regard to offerings, but I found the experience here to exceed expectations. It took longer than we hoped to feel and see results but around treatment 18th a noticeable difference occurred. My pathology is deep and old so it wasn’t a huge surprise. My only complaint is, Alex doesn’t have a Midwest facility!
I highly recommend HH for treatments as the space is beautiful, the quality of care/safety is outstanding, the staff is top notch and Alex is an incredible woman giving back to community in a myriad of ways. Her attention to detail, humor, generosity and compassion are appreciated. I enjoyed all 22 of my dives and have zero regrets. If I could do 40 more, I would in a heartbeat.

“I've been coming here for maybe 2 months or so on a weekly basis for IV Glutathione + Vitamin C push injections. The office environment is serene, yet the staff is very efficient. The service is top notch, from the receptionist/medical assistant to both doctors. They've been very helpful with any medical questions related to the injection. This has been the only thing so far, among many things I've tried, to feeling even marginally better with my Hashimoto Thyroid and fibromyalgia issues. Street parking is easy most of the time and I sometimes park in the residential areas. Hope to have another update as I start to feel better consistently.“

“I liked my new doctor, and she seemed like she knew what she was talking about. I learned some things I didn't know, esp about a possible alternative medication which might be appropriate for me. The staff, for the most part, was friendly. I was surprised at the 'downscale' waiting room, and particularly didn't appreciate having to listen to the TV. I'm used to a more "professional" setting, but if the care is good, that's my priority. Almost got writer's cramp from filling out all the forms! “I've had lifelong medical for many years now, and they have provided me with fantastic and reliable care! Dr. Gordon (my GP) is available to talk through my concerns, and if there are any problems with medication, she is able to work with me to figure out what to do. I really appreciate the affirming care that I get here, with a holistic focus on health and preventative care, not only reactionary care when something has already gone wrong. As a plus size person, I also very much appreciate that health concerns are not automatically dismissed as relating to my weight, I feel very heard and respected at my appointments. I turned 40 this year, and I'm getting a referral to get a mammogram, as well as getting hooked up with physical therapy, acupuncture, and other care for back pain. I find the patient portal to be a little slow at times, but I generally do hear back within the three days that they promise, and I know they're very busy! sometimes it can take a while to get labs done, and I do wish it was easier to make an appointment for that, because I don't always have an hour to spend waiting. Again, though, I know it's a busy clinic. All in all, I am very happy with the services provided and the practitioners I've seen.“

“Firstly, check your attitude at the door; they don't pay the receptionist enough to deal with your personal BS - get your s*** together and come in correct. 2 of the last 3 times I was in the waiting room I had to listen to adult-children complaining about things that, ultimately, were their responsibility. Oh, and don't cuss, threaten or try any BS - they will not put up with it and you will find yourself without this clinic as an option. Very professional folks, clean and well-lit operation (somewhat of a rarity with places that take MediCal). Dr. Rosenfield is very good, caring professional who is sincere and honest. My only complaint, and hence the 4 stars, is that he has some difficulty with negative confrontation - it would have been nice to know that he doesn't deal with disability patients/claims months prior. So, as long as that isn't an issue, the service is top-notch and the people were very real and authentic.“

“I not only avoided two surgeries (which had been the only treatments suggested by doctors when using my regular health plan and insurance), but uncovered how different health issues I’m having were inter-related - being caused or exacerbated by each other. So, for example, the treatments ordered by my orthopedic joint doctor for tissue tears can be problematic with anemia and elevated blood glucose levels, and likely counterproductive to success with surgery advised by my orthopedic foot doctor.Each of the (excellent) doctors in the business-as-usual healthcare practices and facilities covered by insurance mostly treats conditions and body parts discretely - even the PCP’s, who are supposed to have an overview and to act as a kind of conductor. This is made worse by the processes used and needed to shepherd people through that whole system.In other words, in this instance, if I’d followed the advice and insurance-approved treatments, the results could have been anywhere from pointless and ineffective to creating more damage.“

They have a nice new facility now, I've gone back to visit and it's really nice, clean, welcoming environment.
