I've had lifelong medical for many years now, and they have provided me with fantastic and reliable care! Dr. Gordon (my GP) is available to talk through my concerns, and if there are any problems with medication, she is able to work with me to figure out what to do. I really appreciate the affirming care that I get here, with a holistic focus on health and preventative care, not only reactionary care when something has already gone wrong. As a plus size person, I also very much appreciate that health concerns are not automatically dismissed as relating to my weight, I feel very heard and respected at my appointments. I turned 40 this year, and I'm getting a referral to get a mammogram, as well as getting hooked up with physical therapy, acupuncture, and other care for back pain. I find the patient portal to be a little slow at times, but I generally do hear back within the three days that they promise, and I know they're very busy! sometimes it can take a while to get labs done, and I do wish it was easier to make an appointment for that, because I don't always have an hour to spend waiting. Again, though, I know it's a busy clinic. All in all, I am very happy with the services provided and the practitioners I've seen.
Since Life Long opening and during Covid19 I was always encouraged, waited, and active participation in my annual health plan goal. We grew together threw every policy changes for the good or bad. My only regret is Covid 19 has changed the security processing i/o of the parking lot and office. I had several false complaints, arrogant warnings, aggressive behavior and following around my their security staff. When attend L.Long Clinic for a appt. I have to be on high alert. Beside security scrutiny I will continue with L.Long unless they transfer me out to another depot clinic. Thanks for not shutting down.!!
