“Nicole Johnson helped me get X-rays of my foot when no one else seemed to care. I'm diabetic and saw my foot doctor about extreme pain in my foot. she ordered X-rays. I called the lab but they don't take appointments and they could not find the order. I called over and over but after calling Nicole she stepped in took the initiative on her day off to solve this issue and made sure the lab got the order faxed to them. the people at the lab could care less and just kept telling me their fax machine was down but made no effort to help me so I had to limp around my pain until this was solved. Nicole Johnson is my She Ro. older people really need people like her in a world that is so in need of someone who cares.‍“

“This is my second location in San Francisco that I've gone to for laser hair removal, i went to another location in the area but i will say I've seen more results with north bay!! They updated their machines recently (cryogenic) which was provided at my previous location, but the sessions i had prior to the updates were nothing short of amazing !! The staff is amazing so friendly so welcoming! I've visited north bay over 5 times already and the customer service is immaculate! I've only got laser hair removal but they provide more services, if it's anything like the service i been getting ... just know your in great hands! They care about your comfortability over anything else! Highly recommend!! Sky is amazing on front desk, highly recommend V (valentine) for lasers very effective and speedy (if needed for large areas since sessions are only 1 hour) and jasper (effective and progressing with treating wider areas)“

“This review is for NEMS 3431 Taraval (they don't have a Yelp page yet) Came today to get my first dose of the PF vaccine Don't want to get it but my mom is pressuring me. 2 floors, very clean, very calm lighting and atmosphere. Service is fast and quick. There is a security/greeter at the front of the entrance, on the right. He gives you a blue mask if you don't have one on or you have a fabric mask, he ask you to sanitize your hands (device on the left of the entrance. Lobby (waiting area is small, so I filled out my form outside. When I was done, gave my form to the receptionist, took 2 minutes. Took the elevator to 2nd floor, there was 8 chairs spread out after the vaccine to rest. Nurse was really nice, thorough explaining what to except and what to bring back next time. The vaccine took 1 min. Parking is easy, lots of residential parking. No need to worry for meter or 2 hour parking. There is construction going on Taraval but cross street is really easy. What I don't like is when I called to make an appt, the representative already asked me all the questions on the form I filled out when I arrived. So what's the point of me filling it out again when she recorded all my answers into the database from our phone conversation..?? You guys need to look into that.“

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am in my 30s and have had chronic fatigue for years. I went to my primary care and had a complete blood panel done. “I really like Dr. Meek. She's not a supplement-pusher like many age management medicine doctors, and she's quite knowledgeable and well-rounded, having done family medicine for quite a while before she fled the Kaiser system. She's quite practical and budget-minded. (For example, she doesn't have a problem with me splitting some meds.) I used to see Dr. Bartnof (who started the practice) and was reluctant to see her when he passed away because she's not *him*, but I've actually turned out to be really happy. For me, with hormonal/ pituitary problems, it's been a godsend, even though I'm not yet at the age where "age management medicine" usually kicks in. And it's not actually that crazy expensive, since the pricing is clear; her hourly rate is about half to a third of what lawyers charge in town, and a quarter of what I pay for my ridiculous insurance premium per month. For me it's been well worth it, to have someone on my side with more than the 15 minutes some "PCP" would have at Sutter or my pituitary specialist has at UCSF. You're lucky if you're comfortable financially and can afford this kind of old-fashioned medicine (or afford to prioritize it over other expenses), where someone actually sits down with you and looks at the whole picture. Everybody deserves this kind of care (too bad that's not the world we live in). The world would be a better place if each city had a hundred Dr. Meeks.“
