I not only avoided two surgeries (which had been the only treatments suggested by doctors when using my regular health plan and insurance), but uncovered how different health issues I’m having were inter-related - being caused or exacerbated by each other. So, for example, the treatments ordered by my orthopedic joint doctor for tissue tears can be problematic with anemia and elevated blood glucose levels, and likely counterproductive to success with surgery advised by my orthopedic foot doctor.Each of the (excellent) doctors in the business-as-usual healthcare practices and facilities covered by insurance mostly treats conditions and body parts discretely - even the...read full review
