He was at the house within the 1/2 hour and after diagnosing the problem it was determined the toilet needed replacement. It was original to the house, so this wasn't a surprise. “My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day.Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try! I really appreciate Keith's customer service and workmanship. Keep up the amazing work!“
“Highly recommend Fito's Plumbing. They have saved us multiple times but I would like to speak about the time our water heater broke in the middle of a storm. I know we don't get very many storms around here, but we did January 2023. Our water heater broke leaving our family with no hot water. As homeowners we had talked about upgrading to a tankless, but never imagined it would play out this way. During a terrible storm. Was this even an option at this point? We called Fito and he send over a crew immediately. They worked through the rain and mud and not only were able to install a tankless, but also gave us hot water the very same day. “My bathtub/shower faucet decided to break late Friday afternoon before a long weekend (of course). The water was gushing out of the faucet and could not be turned off!! I called a few places recommended by friends and none could come out until the following Tuesday - yikes so much wasted water! Then on Sunday I decided to search yelp and found these amazing plumbers. I called on Sunday afternoon, and Ygnacio, the owner, answered immediately. After explaining my problem and doing a quick analysis over FaceTime, he confirmed he could send someone out to turn the water off, and then within an hour Alberto came to the rescue! Working with some challenging peculiarities of my situation, he quickly assessed and got the water off. So within maybe 2 hours of finding Oakland Rooter on yelp, on a Sunday, my issue was dealt with - and at an affordable price. No weekend overtime!Additionally, Alberto was very respectful of my health (high risk for COVID) and property - he wore a mask at my request and shoe covers which I was so grateful for.Honestly, these guys are awesome! “Jeff and Norma were fantastic! Some other reviewers mentioned that they come later than scheduled times. That's because they take the time and effort to ensure that each client's problems are completely handled before leaving. Rest assured that when they show up, they will get everything done and ensure your plumbing needs are all settled, just like what they were doing for the previous client. Jeff and Norma came to my place to fix my rusted bathroom sink. My new sink was too big but they were able to drill my countertop to make room for it. In addition to installing a new sink, faucet, supply lines, and angle valves, they also fixed the leaking nipples inside my wall. Jeff also checked up on leaking hoses and another leaking bathroom faucet, even though my appointment was just for my first bathroom sink. Jeff and Norma are a great duo who do a great job while charging fair prices. I will only be calling J Carrillo Plumbing and Drains moving forward.“
“In the middle of a kitchen remodel and of course my plumbing referral had gone mia! I went onto yelp and found absolute plumbing. Bill responded with a quote immediately and then recommended he stop in to take a look at the job and make sure everything was in order. Also, he was totally understanding and flexible for when my cat had an emergency and could only be seen in the midst of our appointment. “I've been using Carlos for all of my plumbing issues since moving into our house in 2011. Prior to moving in, Carlos ran a gas line from my meter to the kitchen. While here, he replaced a nonexistent air gap for the dishwasher, checked for leaks throughout the house, and even went into the crawlspace, where he found, and fixed a leak from the downstairs bathroom. He was the middle of three bids and I'm so glad I used him. He was only here for the gas line, for which he also got the permit, but offered to check out the whole house. He barely charged me for the leak repair and charged me nothing for the air gap (he happened to have one in his truck). I've used him to clear my main drain a couple of times and he's always reasonable, even at night or the weekend, and always does great work. He is also very personable and honest. I highly recommend Carlos for all your plumbing issues.“
“We are legalizing our JADU in the garage. We learned our plumbing has few different issues and we needed help. We called USA rooter & Plumbing for the plumbing work. He recommended we redo our plumbing to avoid having future problems. Hired him on the spot because of the price and the length of time it wouldtake him to complete everything. They were able to redo the whole plumbing and on time. They also made our main house plumbing more efficient and now we wont have anymore problems. These guys were also on site on the day of the city inspection (to answer any questions) and the inspection passed on the first try.
