“I chose Affordable Heating & AC to install an HVAC based on their online reviews. Jorge personally came to assess my situation and verbally explained their solution, complete with contingency options pricing and the permit process. His quote was also competitive among the 4 bidders, some of which I found out later used a fake license, tried to convince me to skip the permit inspection, or applied power sales techniques to force on me their preferred offering that did not fit my needs. What truly set Jorge apart, however, is his professionalism and work ethic. He performed a thorough duct pre-test and upgraded the circuit breaker, to ensure the permit would pass. Despite an accident that damaged his knee 2 days before the installation date, he only allowed for a few days delay, hired an assistant to help him on the job in the attic which he had difficulty climbing into due to the accident. The installation was satisfactory and permit inspection was smooth. I am glad to find a contractor that I could trust.”

“In the middle of a kitchen remodel and of course my plumbing referral had gone mia! I went onto yelp and found absolute plumbing. Bill responded with a quote immediately and then recommended he stop in to take a look at the job and make sure everything was in order. He showed up an hour later and quickly assessed things and actually pointed out an issue with our cabinet install which allowed us to save time and get it fixed ASAP. The next day bill showed up and completed the work in a few hours. Our new kitchen setup looks amazing and our new disposal is working like a dream. Thank you again Bill!!!!”
