“After recent power outage, our garbage disposal switches on with a noise but does not fully turn on. Tried a few hours later and it turned on fully, but failed to come on next time we tried to use. Reach out to TTL on Monday, they came on Friday (wanted to come on Wednesday but we weren’t available). They were able to switch on unit fully upon arrival. Since unit was last replaced 11 years ago, we decided to replace unit and also the pipes under the sink which were partly rusted. Job completed in 1.5 hours. On Sunday, we noticed small leak under sink and TTL came on Monday. They found small crack in one of the fittings connecting pipes under the sink to the wall. Fix requires a special tool to condition pipes and additional parts and took 1.5 hours, including time to get part and special tool to arrive. We are very happy with the final job and a job they previously did for us. We will not hesitate to use them again.“
