Jay was great. I called late in the day for non-emergency service, and he followed up the next day. He arrived about 30 minutes of his call, and was able to address the intermittent filling toilet issue. He had to get another part, then completed the second issue,and ran a blue dye test to see if there were any more leaks.He was very professional and courteous and wore a mask and removed his shoes upon entering indoors. The price was fair and everything was back in order.I would highly recommend Jay!

We placed a last minute call to Brad La Verne Plumbing (aren't most calls to plumbing companies last minute? Haha). You never know when the pipes are going to plug or drains don't want to drain. Luckily, Jay the owner was available to come to our rescue. We had actually called a 5-star plumbing service locally and spoke to a rep who said a tech would call right back, but they never did. We are truly grateful for the professional courtesy, quick response, fair rates, and problem resolved. We highly recommend. Outstanding service.

We have gotten help from Brad La Verne Plumbing on several occasions and always had a good experience. Pricing is fair, work is efficient and on both occasions he has been willing to offer additional guidance on future projects I am considering. We will definitely hire again!
