Unbelievable assistance to a mystery matter which O'Grady resolved seamlessly! I actually had another plumbing co. do work prior and they left behind a matter, called them for follow up and they never responded. Contacted O'Grady for help and they were willing to assess the prior work. They did so in a professional and diligent manner. Asking all the right questions to execute the job and resolved the mystery of the other company's negligence.
