“I've been coming here for several years and have always had great experiences. There are several vets and all of them are kind, helpful, and compassionate. The techs and front-of-house are really lovely, and have always been very easy to schedule with (and are even open Sundays which is uncommon and very appreciated). I think pricing is comparable to many other vets in the area, and has never felt exploitative (which I've experienced elsewhere).They handled continuing service during Covid really well, and the new-ish expansion is really great.“

“We just adopted our dog and we were not happy with our old vet and friends recommended Center Veterinary Clinic. From the moment I called to make our first appointment to the post-appointment email asking how our dog was doing after his shots, everything felt good: professional, yet personable. The clinic facility is clean and open and Sayaka, our vet tech, was amazing. Our dog was seen by Dr. Spellmeyer and I appreciated her thorough, yet gentle approach with him. He was anxious, but she was patient with him. We received, via email, a complete report on the results of all the lab work and as mentioned an email checking in on his welfare after our visit. I would definitely recommend Center Veterinary Clinic to all friends and family who have pets.“

Every single doctor is exceptional in their field and I trust all of the advice and care we have gotten over the years for our dogs and cats. They are always available to talk to someone and the doctors always call you back when they finish work to talk in person. I feel so blessed to have found them. There are not many vet offices left like this one. I feel so taken care of and know my pets are loved and cared for on every level. I even take our new kitten to get his nails trimmed every few weeks and he lets them! To me, it feels like having a doctor used to be - they know you individually, they still love what they do and they truly care for your pets. THANK YOU!!!“

“Last year, my family suffered the heartbreaking loss of Jenny, my 9-year-old golden retriever. It was pain that I didn't know I was capable of feeling. Several months later, another golden came into my life named Jodie, who just so happens to be a niece of Jenny, and she's been the best dog I could have ever asked for. Of course I brought her back to Del Norte where she has endeared herself to the staff and always receives great treatment. I have met all three doctors -- Dr. Gillmeister, Dr. Dowd, and Dr. Bone (I think there may also be a fourth now) -- and I feel very secure with the knowledge and care that has always been shown to Jodie. "No rush in picking her up. She's having a great time." Seriously, Jodie loves coming here, just as Jenny did. I tend to get anxious in medical offices of any kind (human or animal), so the fact that I always feel comfortable here certainly speaks volumes. It's very reassuring to know that they're here 7 days a week and have always been very accommodating to get Jodie (and Jenny) in. I see people complain about the cost and the $20 tech increase. Yes, veterinary care is expensive to begin with. That's why you should GET PET INSURANCE. Hope you don't need it, but you'll be thankful if you do.Highly recommend!“

“So many good things to say I dont even know where to start. If 10 stars was an option they'd have it. Dr.Farrell and his team are some incredibly talented people with big hearts. They performed a big difficult surgery on my elderly cat and got her walking again. Him and his staff went above and beyond making sure Kitty was taken care of and as comfortable as possible before, during and after her surgery. They gave me the peace of mind knowing they were happy to address any and all my questions and concerns along the way. This is the sort of customer service you don't see very often anymore. I would absolutely bring my animals here in the future and recommend them to anyone I know for their ortho surgery needs. I am so beyond grateful I found them and trusted them through this stressful time.“
