Starting from the front office support staff (shoutout to Carol she is amazing) who make you feel at home and lovingly cared for every time we come in for an appointment, to the vet techs (shout out to Kasey) and doctors (Dr. Peters and Dr Parnell), we feel like our cat is genuinely looked after and given the best care. When we first started trying to figure out what was going on with our cat, it felt like there were no answers and it feels great to now have a care plan set in place. Highly recommend this place for your fur baby!
Extremely impressed. These guys know their stuff front and back!! My dog Cookie has disocid lupus and while my current vet is doing a good job, these guys are specialists. So, they helped with other suggestions and they even found something else with Cookie that four other vets have missed. Yes, wait is long but I was able to get a cancellation appointment which was great! Happy we went. And to be honest 1 hour consultation for $300 is not absurd at all. My derm cost $250 for 5 minutes. Which did I find more valuable? The doggie derm!!
Not only have I gotten wonderful care for my cat by Dr. Blessing who is an absolute gem, I also want to shout out the front desk. The ladies who run reception have the best customer service and I have been consistently impressed. They are always kind, helpful, and prompt. Seriously 10 out of 10 I wish all medical appointment could be this stress free.
