Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that provides exceptional care with compassion. The hospital offers same-day appointments, annual wellness exams, comprehensive blood testing, and digital x-rays. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient, making every visit a positive experience. They are equipped to handle medical emergencies and perform soft tissue surgeries on-site. Pet owners praise the hospital for their kindness, patience, and exceptional care. One owner is thrilled to have found Dr. Shira Horenstein and her team, mentioning reasonable prices and exceptional attention. They were accommodated immediately during an emergency and treated their cat with kindness and professionalism. Another owner cannot recommend Dr. Jetain Sondhi highly enough, stating he saved their rescue dog's life when others recommended euthanasia, and his staff is equally wonderful. A cat was very relaxed after boarding, receiving attention all day, with an iPad to watch lizard videos.
The staff is always super friendly, and Dr. Sondhi truly takes his time and genuinely cares about my pup, which means everything to me!! The hospital is also always very clean, tidy, and up to date. I really appreciate that they’re now open on Sundays and offer so many different payment options for patients. You can tell that helping animals and making sure they receive the care they need is truly the priority here, rather than making it feel like just a transaction. So grateful to have found a vet I trust with my girl! 🤍
