Vet staff were incredibly friendly. Showed concern and compassion for our cat. Some vet offices seem turned off by the idea of working with cats, but this one was so incredible. They seemed to be very busy, but we were in an out for my cat's hurt paw in under an hour. Highly recommend! I would absolutely trust them with both my animals.

This place is such a gem of a vet!! We're new to SD and needed to establish a vet for our pups, who both have a lot of anxiety at the vet. The reception staff was awesome and got us in a room right away (no waiting with an anxious pup in the lobby area with other people and pets coming in and out is such a plus!). The lobby and exam rooms are super clean, bright, and welcoming. Kathy and Dr. Allen were so patient and really took the time to get to know us and our pups. We've been to vets in the past that were pushy and tried to sell us, this was absolutely not the case at Southpaw. Love that we found this place!!

I am so glad to have found them.Hector had to get a mass removed recently along with a dental cleaning. He is getting older now at 15, so helping put him at ease as we went through these procedures was important. Dr Yonas and his team were very considerate of his needs. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Hector bounced back after his procedures.Southpaw Vet's offices are beautifully decorated and very clean. It is clear that Dr Yonas created this business with a lot of love and...read full review
