First time at Southpaw Vet and I’m so impressed by the professionalism and compassion the team has. My cat Rocky is such an anxious boy and Erika, Evelyn and Dr.Moss were so gentle and loving. I love this vet office! It’s clean, easy to get an appointment, everyone is friendly and helpful. We’ve seen multiple vets here and they always provide excellent care without being judgey. One time I was extremely late to an appointment because I just couldn’t get out of work in time. Dr. Mulqueen and the team stayed late (even after they closed) so that my pup could still get seen because they could hear how worried I was. They were extremely gracious and kind with their time and Dr. Mulqueen was very thoughtful with his recommendations and analysis and would love to have either of my pups see him again.
When I moved to this area last year I started using Southpaw for convenience. I loved how it never took more than a couple days to get in to see the doctor and the staff is great. What made this place especially amazing was how they took care of us when our 14 1/2 year old poodle mix started to decline. His dementia was really starting to take a toll on all of us and his quality of life severely declined. The advice and care we received was gentle, calm, and assuring. We made the decision to say our last goodbye and everyone there, with a special shout out to Jessica, made this as smooth a process as possible.
