Highly recommended going here for quality pet care! It's a great experience; a cat was able to be seen same day, and the appointment process was smooth and timely. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful. They were given a breakdown of cost before any treatments were given, and when they opted out of a few things in the treatment plan, there was no hesitancy or pushiness from the staff. They definitely will be coming back for any future needs. They have used ABC/Uptown animal hospital for over 10 years. The staff and Vets are wonderful. They diagnosed a dog's eye disease and sent them to a specialist the same day. Excellent care.
I want to thank Dr. Woods and the entire team at Uptown. My dog Yeyo had complications after being neutered, and it was a nightmare. He was waking me up multiple times a night with nonstop bowel issues. After trying several things that should have worked, nothing did. Dr. Woods was able to resolve the issue immediately. Yeyo is now back to his normal self, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for everything you do.
The staff here are just amazing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them, their passion, and care. We’ve got a tricky dog, and they care for him with such love. He got surgery recently and the staff went above and beyond to make him and us comfortable. I’ve been tearing up this week thinking about their compassion. We’ve seen multiple vets here, even including traveling staff or fill-in staff. Every single one has been incredible. It’s obvious they care deeply about who they hire. We currently have Dr. Woods who is thorough, knowledgeable, fun, and kind. We feel so lucky to have this staff on our dogs’ team!
