So many good things to say I dont even know where to start. If 10 stars was an option they'd have it. Dr.Farrell and his team are some incredibly talented people with big hearts. They performed a big difficult surgery on my elderly cat and got her walking again. Him and his staff went above and beyond making sure Kitty was taken care of and as comfortable as possible before, during and after her surgery. They gave me the peace of mind knowing they were happy to address any and all my questions and concerns along the way. This is the sort of customer service you don't see very often anymore. Hello, my sweet 1.5 yr old dog had TPLO surgery. I’m thankful for the recommendation by my local dog daycare! No hidden fees and they had great communication. They are very helpful and reachable as questions come up. I’m so thankful my dog has recovered and back to her goofy crazy self ?

We had such a wonderful experience here! Not only were they the ONLY vet who offered a different surgery for our small dog’s CCL surgery, but the vet explained the whole process to me, like an old friend. I didn’t feel like he was talking down to me, like most vets do. Our small dog also is a big baby, and they were so great accommodating multiple appointments to make check in him after his surgery. They continue to send text messages to check in him too. Thank you for everything! ♥️
