I visited The Physical Therapy Effect for a couple months to treat TMJ that was interfering with my bite and ringing in my ears. Dr. Schulman taught me some jaw 'opening and closing' techniques and exercises and also adjusted my jaw. When I first started as a patient, my jaw was popping all the time and it was quite unsettling. Fast forward 2 months after my treatment ended, and my jaw has not popped in weeks, and I feel so much better.
