Having had a bunch of injuries that needed PT, these guys are the absolute best I've been to.I was referred here by my insurance to work with Dr. McKay. She came up with a comprehensive treatment plan that addressed my specific needs as well as helped me through issues I didn't even know existed. Her understanding of the way the human body works is unmatched.Then when you partner that with the rest of the team: they're professional, work to provide the best care possible and the flexibility to meet your schedule.I can't say enough good about this group.

I walked in with a frozen shoulder and I couldn't sleep on that side. It was quite painful. In 2.5 months I finished my treatment with a big difference in range and comfort of my shoulder and can now sleep on that side. Well worth it!

I highly recommend The Physical Therapy Effect! I saw Sarah post-op from foot surgery that had me really struggling with mobility and pain and frankly, fear of never fully recovering. Sarah treated me with kindness, patience, and creativity, but also pushed me to go further and do better and to get back to the life I had before.
