“Well I just had an amazing experience with Mission Pest Control, I've been a customer for 4 years. They do a really good and thorough job, they message me the week of service and then the day before service, so I can prepare for when they come, really love that about them with their communication, but the reason for this review is, my monthly expenses were getting a little tight, so customer service sent me over to the account manager, who was extremely nice, and really wanted to help me out with my situation, after a little back and forth, they were able to find ways to get me a discount, without lowering their service standards, and also found alternative payment methods to get another discount. This is the kind of customer service that you always hope for, even if they weren't able to find ways to get my bill down, I just really appreciated the thoroughness and hard work. If you want a pest control company that does a really good job and really cares about their customers, Mission Pest Control is the rest.“

“He took his time making sure he covered everything around the house perimeter. Unlike the last guy who did our service. Seen a lot of spiders even after he sprayed.

Daniel also sprayed inside the house. Hope this will solve the spiders issue and fruit flies.“

“Used Hungry Termite for our fumigation and had a good overall experience.

Hungry Termite was easy to work with, coordinated everything well, and provided all the fumigation bags ahead of time which made prep easier. You do not pick the actual fumigation crew yourself, but the crew assigned to us was SD Fume Works and they were great.

The lead fumigator(Marco) was professional and even wore shoe covers while inside the house, which I appreciated. He also pointed out a house plant we forgot about before tenting.

I was pretty concerned about possible damage to our solar panels and gutters during the fumigation, but everything came out completely fine. The crew clearly knew what they were doing around solar installations and rooflines.

I was also worried about the gas shutoff and sealing process because our house sits on a hill with part of the structure effectively at street level. Due to the layout, they had to wrap a rosemary bush at the bottom of the house to get a proper seal. The bush turned gray afterwards and probably won’t survive, but honestly I’d rather lose a rosemary bush than have sealing issues during fumigation.
