“We contacted C. A. Luce for a termite inspection on a home while in escrow, based of a recommendation from our friend. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough and talked to us about his findings. We also went with C. A. Luce for fungus removal and termite fumigation before we moved into our new home. Jennifer and Michelle sent very clear and thorough instructions on how to prepare our home for fumigation and were very friendly every time we spoke on the phone. Thanks for the smooth and stress-free experience, C. A. Luce!”
“Ace Lapitan, was prompt on his arrival to my home, was attentive to all external reas of the home, and also the attic. He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed small areas with termite right away. Answered all my questions. Made recommendations. Was not pushy, sales-y type. Happy with the experience & recommend his services and Bite away, was very prompt in all their communication and also with scheduling appointments.”
