Victor from HT was awesome to work with. He always got right back to us when we had questions and The pricing was fair. Our house has very fragile clay tiles and we were warned there would be some breakage. His crew was experienced with roofs like ours and the damage was minimal. We also have over 300 corbels that have a gutter cut out that makes them fragile as well. To our amazement not 1 was broken. Our home was left clean, all mulch that had been cleared next to the house per their instructions was put back in place. We didn't expect that at all. The estimator was very down to earth as we checked with another company and new what to expect after his visit. The office staff was very supportive and even stopped by to drop off additional bags. The fumigation was fast and fingers crossed the termites stop somewhere else next time.

With high anxiety, we had our property fumigated by Hungry Termite and their fumigator, San Diego Fume Works. Both organizations were phenomenal to work with. Victor and Aaron at Hungry Termite allayed my fears about the entire process, and their price was highly competitive. For a grim task to be done, these guys made it look easy, and their bedside manner with us (nervous and high-maintenance homeowners) was much appreciated. If you hire these guys, you won't be sorry.
