Julio is awesome and so kind from the beginning. He messaged us with his arrival window and arrived on time. It was early in the morning, so he was considerate and knocked instead of ringing the doorbell, which we appreciated very much as we had a 1 year old who was still asleep. He listened to our concerns and paid special attention to those items mentioned when doing his treatments. At the end of his treatment, he updated us on what he found. 5/5 recommend!

We used HomeShield for the first time as our first pest control service experience on January 4th 2024, and highly recommend them! Jay helped set us up, and our technician Hurvey was delightful! He communicated well, super friendly, and made sure to take special care for our baby and pets. Looking forward to continued service with them.

David is the best!! He is so communicative and responsive. He shows up exactly when he says he will and the service has been great. We had bought our house and moved in at the end of August and there were signs of rats outside and spiders everywhere. We called needing help and David came out right away. We won’t use any other company after the quality of work we have received by him. He is very intentional since we have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and has told us exactly what to do and not do out of caution. David is very informative and you can tell right away just how knowledgeable and trustworthy he is.
