My technician, Christian, was quite thorough in both his inspection and treatment execution. He was patient while I explained all the issues I had been having, asked me questions for clarification, and presented his action plan tailored to my needs. I knew I’d contacted the right service when I witnessed Christian take the time to clear out all the eves of the house before administering the spray. He was actually impressed with how many spiders I had, and even took a picture of one! The customer service of this business is phenomenal! They are super accommodating, communicative and genuinely care about helping you. My technician Eric was fantastic and after treatment and following his advice, my problem was gone in no time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My experience with Thrasher is excellent from the receptionist who I called a few times, the person who gave me a quote, wrote the report, I emailed, and the crew who tented my home. Top notch crew! Wonderful to work with. I received their quote fast within 2 days, and the report is comprehensive. There was no pressure, and they answered all my questions cheerfully and knowledgeably. The whole process went through smoothly and timely! I even saw in my home vid their crew bagged up some of my son's open protein powder that we missed ? I didn't hear any complaints from them.
