Felipe did a phenomenal job in inspecting my home this morning! His arrival was timely and he was most accommodating, even to the point of wearing shoe covers to do the interior inspection. Felipe was professional and thorough in all respects. He is clearly skilled in his craft and takes obvious pride in doing top notch work. Jorge was our tech for this appointment. His communication was amazing, making sure there was nothing else we needed the day before he came by. When he arrived for our quarterly house maintenance, he was super friendly and professional when introducing himself and told us everything he was going to do, and what to expect. Awesome technician, and I would definitely recommend him and Terminix for value, care, and customer support.
George Garcia was the Terminix tech that treated 2 spots where the inspector suspected termite activity at our home. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived within 15 minutes. He treated the areas quickly and efficiently and I hope that if we need further treatments elsewhere , that he is the one to do the job!!
