1-23-24Lloyds will be here tomorrow at eight. Hernan sent confirming messages and will call me to let me know he’s on his way. Very professional.1-24-24Lloyds got here at 8:00 and at 3:30 still have an hour or so to go. Six people, here all day, working hard and constantly for four thousand bucks, including materials. There are four major Lloyd Pest Control trucks here. Excellent teamwork. I watched one fellow on a ladder on the second floor take time to look back and admire his work. Oscar's communication and customer service skills are outstanding! He let's us know what to expect every step of the way and is very thorough. The only bad thing was he wouldn't let us tip him!
