Nick is a diamond!! If I could give him 100 stars, I would!!We had Nick come to our home for termite inspection. He called ahead of time and arrived exactly at the time he promised. He was kind, warm, courteous, down to earth, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and quick but also very thorough. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and taught me so much about termites. Nick is incredibly impressive and a great face for his company!I definitely recommend Nick and this company.

Nick performed the termite inspection and Sigmund came through on the termite extermination. Both experiences were really great! Everyone was on time, communicated thoroughly and completed the job as agreed and expected. The "other guy" wanted to tent the house. A former Truly Nolen employee told me to reach out to Truly Nolen as they provide spot treatment services. We wanted to avoid a tenting for various concerns.
